Being self-aware, knowing your skills and limitations and being able to overcome those gaps with colleagues, is critical for multidisciplinary teams. Through EU-Erasmus+ funder TOO4TO project funded we aspire to objective is to increase the skills, competencies, and awareness of future managers and employees pertaining to the available tools and methods to provide sustainable management in order to support sustainable development in the EU and beyond.
